Seeking Dental Front Office for office in San Marcos, CA - $25-33 per hour benefits!
We're looking for a professional but friendly individual with excellent communication skills to fill the Dental Front Office position. The ideal candidate should have work experience in a dental office, and be efficient in multi-tasking and working together with other team members to ensure that the dental office runs smoothly. Experience working in the back office is a plus but it is not required.
Schedule : Full Time
Monday - Wednesday : 8 : 30AM - 5PM
Thursday : 7 : 30AM - 4PM
Friday : 8 : 00AM - 1PM
Compensation :
28-33 per hour
401K (after 1 year)

Dental Front Office Duties and Responsibilities :
Greetings to all patients with a warm and welcoming smile
Checking in and checking outpatients
Answering the phones in a timely and friendly manner
Appointment scheduling and patient communication through phone, email, and patient outreach software
Work collaboratively with the dental team to create a seamless experience for patients
Manage and coordinate the marketing plan
Manage patient reviews
Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
Perform general office duties and other duties as required
Presenting treatment plans and making financial arrangements with patients when needed
