The Allred’s Bites Bar is a lobby and mezzanine area that serves as both the hotel lobby, and a unique dining destination. Job Description: While working collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation, the Guest Services Manager is responsible for the success and operation of guest services and the front office. They will foster a positive and rewarding work environment for all employees lending to a remarkable guest experience.
Job Duties
· Create remarkable experiences for our colleagues and guests
· Oversees daily operations of the front desk
· Leads employees and maximizes performance and dedication through effective coaching and training
· Manages relationships with partners, vendors, and the community to create effective and beneficial relationships
· Recruits and manages the process of hiring front desk agents and night auditors
· Establishes and maintains proactive human resource function to ensure employee satisfaction, training, and development, coaching and counseling, wage and benefit administration, and legal compliance
· Maintains exceptional service quality standards through ongoing evaluation and complaint investigation and resolution
· Develops and reviews employee schedules, purchase requests, purchase orders while keeping within budgeted targets
· Creates and maintains operating/training manuals for the front desk
· Supports General Manager in setting and reaching goals for department
· Responds to guest reviews via TripAdvisor and Google reviews
· Manages operating metrics/KPIs to include:
o Employee Satisfaction (eNPS)
o Guest Satisfaction (NPS)
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· At least three years of experience in hospitality management required
· Excellent guest relations skills
· Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
· Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients and guests
Advanced computer job skills including a working knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, and Word required. Knowledge of WebRezPro preferred
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
