Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM (On-call availability required) Compensation : $137,321.60 - $148,491.20 annually (Pay Band 16 : $137K to $201K based on experience) Relocation Assistance & Sign-On Bonus Available Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic Executive Director with strong clinical expertise and leadership skills to join our team. This role requires a strategic leader capable of analyzing data, driving infection control initiatives, and ensuring departmental and hospital-wide operational excellence. Key Responsibilities : Lead and maintain effective infection control programs to achieve low infection rates. Assess and address departmental and organizational needs through data analysis and strategic planning. Provide leadership, ensuring smooth operations and clinical excellence within the hospital setting. Respond to crises promptly while providing ongoing support to staff and leadership teams. Qualifications : Education : Bachelors Degree in Nursing or a related clinical healthcare field (Masters Degree preferred). Education equivalency may be considered. Experience : Minimum of 7 years of relevant clinical experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong background in infection control, data-driven decision-making, and strategic planning. Why Join Us?
