THE ROLE
As the Payroll & People Coordinator for AllSaints you will be assisting the Payroll and Benefits team with the processing of our full employee lifecycle. This can range from maintaining and ensuring efficient and accurate payroll, people and benefits administration and database management, providing a high level of service and support and compliance for our employees.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Assisting and supporting the day-to-day running of the North America payroll and benefits team.
- Assist with maintaining our people systems and processes; ensuring efficient and accurate data entry and lifecycle checks.
- Support with regular reporting tasks, including rosters, reminders, and rewards.
- Provide assistance for accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Assists with new-hire orientations and open enrollment process and distribution of benefit enrollment materials.
- Responds to people, payroll and benefit inquiries from managers and employees relating to enrollments, plan changes and contribution amounts.
- Performs quality checks for continuous department compliance and correct regulations.
- Preparing people documents; including letters and other ad-hoc documentation.
- Participating in department projects and wellbeing events.
- Any ad-hoc activities as required
- This role will have a dotted reporting line into the Senior Payroll and Reward Manager.
WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?
- Excellent administrative and analytical skills; able to pick up new processes quickly
- Highly organised and able to effectively manage and prioritise a heavy workload with tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail.
- Efficient and able to work at a fast pace with varied tasks
- A confident communicator who is able to work autonomously as well as being a team player
- Detail oriented, with a proactive approach to all aspects of work – a ‘can do’ attitude
- High standard of ethics, integrity and confidentiality
- Passionate with an understanding of AllSaints Brand Values
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel and Google Workspace skills.
- Minimal travel requirement.
EXPERIENCE
- 1 years / foundational experience in People/Payroll/Benefits administration
- Retail environment experience preferred
- Ceridian Dayforce experience preferred
Pay Range in Los Angeles, CA
Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience
Hourly Rate: $28.00 USD/hr - $32.00 USD/hr
ABOUT THE LOCATION
Our North America region is made up of 71 retail locations across the U.S. and Canada, with our flagship store in New York City. We are primarily based out of our Los Angeles studios, bringing our brand’s iconic aesthetic to West Hollywood, CA.
