Purpose of role:
Lead a team of Real-World Evidence analytic programmers in executing the analytic tasks for publishable research projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of full-scale Real-World Evidence research projects.
- Communicate complex ideas, methodologies, and results to clients and other stakeholders.
- Manage multiple (2-3) direct reports which includes:
- Mentorship
- Training
- Onboarding
- Overseeing work assignments
- Providing mentoring and professional development support
- Provide critical review of technical documents, including study protocols, academic abstracts and manuscripts, and client facing reports
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in an analytics role in the healthcare space, preferably in life sciences (RWE, HEOR, Commercial, epidemiology, safety).
- Candidate should have 2 years of experience managing multiple junior staff members (Preferred)
Education:
MPH or MS (Preferred)
Skills:
The applicant should be proficient in multiple analytical tools:
- SQL or SAS (Required)
- R and Tableau (Preferred)
Proficient across a diverse set of healthcare data sets: EHR, claims, trial data, registry, etc.
