About Us:
We’re a fast-paced sealcoating company providing top-quality asphalt maintenance services to both residential and commercial clients. Our team values professionalism, reliability, and strong communication—and we’re looking for someone who shares those same qualities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts
- Manage project timelines and ensure seamless coordination from quote to completion
- Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and in-person communication
- Create and send estimates/invoices and follow up on customer needs
- Track project progress and communicate updates with both clients and team
- Assist with scheduling and dispatch coordination
- Build lasting client relationships and support customer retention
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service, sales, or project management preferred
- Basic knowledge of asphalt/sealcoating industry is a plus (but not required—we’ll train the right person!)
- Proficiency with email, google docs, and basic office software
