Construction Project Manager - Industrial Construction - Base Salary to 90k / year - Cleveland, OH

Our client is seeking a Construction Project Manager with some electrical industrial estimation experience to join their team in Cleveland. They are seeking someone with strong scheduling skills and experience working with med to regular voltage for projects ranging up to 1MM.
Responsibilities :
Recognize, handle, and process incoming requests for quotations, information, etc.
Manage administrative and direct labor work while managing projects.
Interface with clients and contractors during pre- and post-tender applications to develop effective business relationships.
Ensure quality construction standards are followed.
Monitor and lead compliance with building and safety regulations.
Manage and mitigate risks.
Qualifications :
A two-year degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Preferred : 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Industrial Construction industry (Relevant internships will be considered).
OSHA Construction Training.
Intermediate MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Scheduling experience is necessary.
Med-Reg voltage experience.
Compensation :
Base salary up to 90k / year.
