The Engineering Manager (internally titled Municipal Services Engineering Manager) reports directly to the Director of Engineering and is accountable for client engagement, project management, and leading the multi-office municipal sub-discipline team.
Responsibilities :
Collaborates with the Director of Engineering and Government Sector Lead to assign top talent to projects and build a strong pipeline for future roles and succession planning.
Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with current and prospective municipal clients.
Builds and nurtures connections with industry leaders and key strategic partners to expand business opportunities.
Monitors and enhances team performance, ensuring balanced workloads and high productivity.
Coordinates scheduling across locations and disciplines to deliver exceptional projects to clients.
