- Our client, a 40 year independent insurance agency in the Houston area, has an immediate need for a skilled Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team. This family-oriented and close-knit agency provides a comprehensive range of commercial, personal, and life employee benefits insurance products.
- The Personal Lines Account Manager will be an integral and key player in the growth of the team. The Personal Lines Account Manager will be responsible for servicing a book of personal lines accounts such as home, auto, umbrella, flood, etc. Responsible for marketing, quoting, rating of new client business, renewals, endorsements, policy changes, issues binders, cross-sell/account round, etc. The Personal Lines Account Manager will have virtual support for back-office duties to allow you to focus on customer retention.
- 3 Years of Insurance experience as it pertains to personal lines
- Experience with EPIC agency management system a plus
- Property Casualty (PC) Licensed
- Base salary in the 40k - 60k/year range (flexible depending on experience), plus commission on new business
