Personal Lines Customer Service Representative - Insurance - Base Salary to 60k / year - Garden City, NY
Our Client, a small, family-owned insurance agency on Long Island is looking for a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join their team either in Garden City, NY or in a Remote capacity.
Responsibilities :
Ensuring quality customer service on Homeowner and Auto policies as well as a very small amount of umbrella, motorcycle, boat, etc.
Duties include taking calls, answering client questions, cross selling home and auto business, shopping renewals, ID cards, proof of insurance, etc. on a book of about 60 customers
Qualifications :
2 years experience in customer service, preferably in an independent agency
Property and Casualty (P&C) licensed in NY
Ability to commute to Garden City, NY or reliably work in a remote capacity
