Personal Lines Marketing Associate - Independent Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 85k / year - Totowa, NJ
Our client, a growth-oriented independent insurance agency in the Totowa, NJ area, has an immediate need for a Personal Lines Marketing Associate. They are a highly collaborative team looking for insurance professionals to market, remarket, quote, and re-quote a book of personal line accounts. The Personal Lines Marketing Associate will be an integral and key player in the growth of the personal line business of the agency.
Responsibilities :
Quoting new and renewal personal lines policies including home, auto, fire, umbrella, and watercraft.
Analize and compare quotes from multiple carriers to provide customers with best possible pricing.
Market new products to clients and cross sell additional coverages.
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide customer tailored solutions.
Follow up with clients to answer questions and assure policy offerings meet their needs.
Qualifications :
4 years of Personal Lines experience with quoting, remarketing, and renewals.
Current valid NJ Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
Proficiency with Applied Epic agency management systems.
Ability to work in an office in Totowa. (Monday – Friday / 8 : 30am – 5 : 00pm)
Compensation :
Base salary to 85k / year plus commission and bonus opportunities.
