The Production Manager will support the Plant Manager in ensuring efficient manufacturing operations, maintaining quality and safety standards, and leading the team to achieve production goals and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities :
Support the Plant Manager in overseeing daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
Lead, mentor, and develop production teams to meet performance and productivity goals.
Implement and maintain lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Monitor production schedules, workflow, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to minimize downtime and maintain product standards.
Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) and implement improvements to drive operational excellence.
Manage inventory, materials, and equipment to ensure seamless production flow.
Participate in budgeting and cost control efforts to enhance profitability.

Qualifications :
3 years of manufacturing leadership or production management experience
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement
Experience with safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
