Production Scheduler - Plastics Manufacturing - Base Salary to 80k / year - Boston, MA
Our client is an industry-leading custom plastic injection molding manufacturer who is looking to add a Production Scheduler to the team. They have a nationwide presence with multiple manufacturing plants across New England and the Mid-Atlantic regions.
The Production Scheduler will be responsible for optimizing and planning the production schedule daily to ensure customer demand, inventory levels, and maximization of production capacity.
Responsibilities :
Schedule 30 injection molding machines to minimize downtime and maximize production
Oversee inventory of raw materials and finished goods
Assist with production improvement - ways to improve efficiency, downtime, and cost reduction
Ensure on time delivery to customers & communicate delays as needed
Coordinate with other departments for resources and materials
Qualifications :
3 years of planning / scheduling experience in plastics manufacturing
Experience managing production schedules for machines and personnel
Ability to work in high production work environment
Familiarity with IQMS
Compensation :
Compensation for this role includes a base salary up to 80k / year along with a comprehensive benefits package including 401k with employer match.
