Account Manager - IT Solutions - Base Salary of 120k / year - Bellevue, WA
Our client, a global IT solutions provider, specializes in delivering Microsoft-focused digital services and business solutions. Backed by robust financial support and a rapidly expanding U.S. presence, they are looking for an Account Manager to strengthen existing client relationships and drive sustained growth.
The Account Manager will cultivate and expand relationships within Microsoft’s mid-market and partner ecosystem, identifying new opportunities, increasing account value, and ensuring long-term client success.
Responsibilities :
Maintain and grow relationships with existing Microsoft contacts and partners, ensuring strong, long-term collaboration.
Identify new business opportunities within current accounts, cross-selling and upselling IT solutions to drive growth.
Act as the primary contact for mid-market and partner-level Microsoft clients, understanding their needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
Work closely with internal teams to develop proposals, manage contracts, and ensure successful project execution.
Partner with offshore delivery teams and technical experts to provide seamless service to clients.
Stay informed about Microsoft’s partner ecosystem, identifying trends and opportunities for business expansion.
Qualifications :
5 years of experience in IT solutions or software sales.
Established relationships within Microsoft
Proven track record of managing and growing existing accounts
Strong understanding of the IT industry and emerging technologies.
Experience working with Microsoft technologies or within Microsoft’s partner ecosystem is a plus.
Compensation :
Base salary in the 90k - 120k / year range, with commission potential.
