Epoxy Crew Leader - Commercial/Industrial Flooring - Base Salary to 35.00/hour - Centennial, CO
- Our client is a fast-paced Centennial subcontractor that specializes in epoxy & resinous flooring, surface prep, and concrete restoration for commercial, industrial, and government clients. They primarily serve the Denver, Boulder, and Colorado Springs markets. Currently looking for an experienced Crew Lead that can work out of the Centennial warehouse and in the field throughout the Front Range.
- In this role, the Epoxy Crew Leader is responsible for on-site quality control, training, and overseeing the crew as they perform floor applications and treatments. The Epoxy Crew Leader will possess experience in the concrete flooring restoration and epoxy coatings industry, including in a leadership role. The Epoxy Crew Leader be able to work some overtime as projects require, including occasional weekend work.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee crews on site, anywhere from 4 – 6 Installers
- Travel to job sites throughout the Front Range
- Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes on the fly when necessary
- Delegate individual responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractors
- Facilitate training of crew members and continual skills development
- Provide adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules in compliance with safety and regulations
- Develop and manage project budgets and quality standards
- Resolve conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably
- Regularly report project status to supervisors, site engineers, and other personnel
- Communicate clearly with crews, GCs, and office
- Drive a positive company culture based on honesty, reliability, and organization
Qualifications:
- 3 years in commercial construction
- 2 years experience in concrete epoxy coatings
- 1 years experience as a crew leader
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Ability to work in the field throughout the Front Range, starting most days at the Centennial warehouse
- Ability to work overtime and nonstandard hours as needed
- Ability to perform at a high level in a productive, nimble team environment
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 28.00 - 35.00/hour range
