- In this role, the Territory Sales Representative will play a key role in expanding the company’s presence in the U.S. market. The primary focus for the Territory Sales Representative will be on higher education, airports, and government/institutional buildings, driving revenue growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. This role requires a strategic approach to sales, strong industry relationships, and a passion for sustainability
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to increase market penetration within key verticals.
- Build relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and decision-makers in the higher education, aviation, and government sectors.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position the company’s products effectively.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product knowledge sessions tailored to client needs.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to increase brand visibility.
- Provide market analysis, sales forecasts, and progress reports to identify new opportunities and refine strategies.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of sales experience in building materials, construction, or sustainable solutions industries.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to secure and manage long-term partnerships.
- Experience with curtain walls, glazing, window walls, or exterior cladding is highly preferred.
- Established industry network with the ability to bring active products to market by year-end is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 120k - 160k/year range plus commission (higher range for candidates with strong industry networks and existing product placements).
