AllSeason Solar & Roofing is seeking applicants for Customer Care Specialist / Sales Support in our Galloway NJ Office.
This Position’s will be the first point of contact for potential customers our Solar and Roofing. The goal of this position is to ensure to support customers via phone, email, text and help process all sales documents after project is sold. This dual-role position is critical in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing our installation data and maintaining effective communication with our customers, providing updates on their projects.
Responsibilities
- Should be comfortable with making outbound calls for our projects and managing inbound calls.
- Educate our Enphase on boarding system after solar project is installed.
- Follow up satisfaction survey (Post Install) for our Solar and Roofing project after installed.
- Become an expert in solar and the products / services we provide for our customers.
- Process all sales documents with our sales support team.
- Promote and Educate our Solar and Roofing referral program.
- Contact with Homeowners to understand our project pipeline.
- Managing voicemail daily and notify other department manager if necessary.
- Communicating with managers and resolve the customer's complaint with manners and patience.
