**Production Operations Manager**
We are seeking an experienced roofing professional to oversee the smooth and efficient operations of our roofing production departments.
This role will be responsible for creating and implementing production plans and schedules to meet project deadlines, as well as overseeing roof installations and ensuring timely completion.
The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement, scheduling, and construction/roofing project management, as well as proficiency in software such as roofing project management CRM, drone technology, and G Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review scheduled projects to prepare for installation
- Prepare weekly production meetings to report on job status and progress
- Oversee entire production department to ensure smooth project execution and completion
- Take photos of roof installations and update homeowners and office staff throughout the process
- Manage warranty submissions, repairs, and full roof replacements
- Communicate with operation managers regularly to ensure proper preparation for the day/week
- Order and manage materials, including pickup and delivery from suppliers as needed
- Maintain a clean site upon completion and ensure high-quality installation
Requirements:
- Roofing supervisory experience in the construction industry
- Procurement and scheduling experience in construction/roofing project management
- Proficiency in software such as roofing project management CRM, drone technology, and G Suite
- CDL license required
