We are looking for a results-driven Account Executive to join our team, focusing on upselling and cross-selling to maximize value for both clients and the company.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Relationship Management :
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients.
Build strong, long-term relationships to understand clients’ staffing needs and business goals.
Upselling and Cross-Selling :
Leverage your expertise in the talent and staffing industry to identify opportunities for expanding services within existing client accounts.
Present tailored upselling and cross-selling strategies to address clients' hiring challenges and deliver measurable business impact.
Introduce clients to additional services such as contract, direct hire, or project-based solutions to maximize account value.
Account Growth Strategy :
Develop account growth plans and execute strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and report progress to management.
Collaboration and Coordination :
Partner with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for account expansion.
Client Retention :
Ensure client satisfaction through regular check-ins, proactive problem-solving, and a deep understanding of their business challenges.
Qualifications : Experience :
3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or client relations, specifically within the staffing or talent acquisition industry .
Proven success in upselling and cross-selling staffing or talent solutions , with a track record of achieving or exceeding revenue goals.
Experience with the U.S market / U.S based clients it’s a must.
Skills :
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce) and comfortable with data-driven decision-making.
Knowledge :
Comprehensive understanding of staffing industry dynamics, recruitment processes, and talent acquisition solutions.
Soft Skills :
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
