Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multi-quarter projects to solve complex engineering problems and deliver measurable impact at scale.
- Build and maintain scalable solutions that address customer pain points.
- Mentor engineering team members to maximize their performance and impact.
- Maintain strong communication across engineering teams and with business stakeholders.
- Work on large scale refactors, tackling performance and reliability issues.
Must Have Skills:
- Proficient in Ruby on Rails and python/Ruby.
- Experienced with GraphQL and MySQL.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
