Marketing Specialist
Join an industry leader! AllSouth Federal Credit Union is searching for a Marketing Specialist to join their marketing team. The Marketing Specialist will oversee the day-to-day management of email marketing including creating and optimizing email campaigns to drive engagement and conversions. Additionally, the Marketing Specialist will develop and oversee social media strategies. This person will work collaboratively and proactively to ensure marketing efforts are accomplishing AllSouth’s goals. This job requires good people skills, strong writing skills, technical marketing skills, excellent time management and a positive attitude.
Day-to-day duties include but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns including creating email content, set up and deployment of email campaigns, and analysis of email performance.
- Build and maintain email marketing workflows.
- Optimize email performance through regular A/B testing and make recommendations to improve email performance.
- Ensure all email communication follows brand guidelines and aligns with other marketing.
- Create and schedule posts for social media platforms to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
What makes a successful candidate for this position?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Two (2) years of experience in a professional marketing, public relations, advertising, or graphic design position, preferably in a financial institution.
- Experience with email marketing.
- Experience working with and maintaining the social media presence for a business entity.
- Careful attention to detail.
- Problem solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Well-organized self-starter.
