POSITION
The Plus Fixed Income Investment team is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to perform executive level administrative support for their team of portfolio managers, analysts, and portfolio specialists. This requires an experienced, professional who works well under pressure, is a self-starter with the ability to act independently within specific parameters/guidelines; maintain confidentiality; strong interpersonal, written and verbal skills; excellent time management, organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills are critical. Deadline driven, proactive and a self-disciplined work approach. The environment is dynamic and to be successful, the candidate must be adaptive and have a positive can-do attitude.
We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Team player with the ability to thrive under pressure in a changing environment
- Provide efficient calendar management and gatekeeping across multiple time zones
- Collaboratively work across the organization in a team environment
- Demonstrate sound decision making and strategic thinking that reflects an understanding of the business and its priorities
- Understand team priorities and proactively problem solve any issues in an independent manner where applicable
- Design and implement procedures and processes to create leverage
- Adapt procedures, processes, and techniques to complete assignments
- Act as "strategic enabler" to help plan and execute a wide variety of tasks and projects, including but not limited to:
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including preparing travel itineraries and solving logistical issues for multiple team members
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas, presentations, market commentary and marketing materials
- Prepare and reconcile monthly expense reports
- Write and send communications and reports to internal and external customers
- Plan and execute team events
- Respond to ad-hoc requests from investment professionals for information on investment products

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook (calendar and email management)
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Natural curiosity and desire to proactively drive team level success
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of asset management industry experience
- BS/BA degree or advanced degree
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
- Independent thinker, team player, entrepreneurial spirit
- Reliable, professional attitude and willingness to carry out responsibilities in a cooperative work setting
- Strong people and soft skills, and a proven record of building relationships
- Familiar with Asset Management products and related systems
