Position Description
Customer Service Representatives – #2001 (FT, 3-4 Openings)
Must have good data entry / computer skills and the ability to understand mapping and directions.
Strong customer service skills – must enjoy talking to people on the phone, wearing a headset, and working in a smaller call center environment.
Schedule :
Training (6-8 weeks) : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM (1st shift)
After Training : Monday – Friday, 10 : 00 AM – 6 : 30 PM (Day shift between 8 : 00 AM – 6 : 30 PM)
No weekend rotation
Sundays & Holidays are voluntary (earn time and a half when worked)
Occasional Saturday shifts (1st shift) – if scheduled, you’ll have a weekday off
