Position Description
We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a Buyer staff member. The ideal candidate will undertake a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth daily operations of our office.
Responsibilities :
Submitting purchase orders
Daily use of ERP systems
Email correspondence with clients and internal teams
Answering and directing phone calls in a polite and professional manner
Assisting with Accounts Payable (AP) tasks, such as verifying invoices, preparing payments, and maintaining vendor records
Data entry and maintenance of electronic records
Filing physical and digital documents accurately
Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements :
Proven experience as an office assistant, receptionist, or in a related role is preferred but not required
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication abilities (both written and verbal)
Must have purchasing background
