Administrative Assistant
Full-time choice of schedule: 7:30AM - 4PM or 8AM – 4:30PM
Job Overview
As administrative Assistant this position will identify purchasing needs, and managing relationships with vendors to ensure timely, quality deliveries. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records of all orders, receiving shipments, and resolving issues with shipments or suppliers, and must have excellent computer skills in Excel, Windows and Word.
Duties
- Maintain inventory
- Purchasing products
- Receiving shipments
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of goods.
Requirements
- 2 years office experience
- Strong computer skills, Windows, Word & Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong analytical skills to assess data and make informed purchasing decisions.
