Clinical Nurse (RN) OR / FULL-TIME

Position Summary: The Registered Nurse coordinates and implements patient care tailored to the specific age group of the assigned unit, ensuring quality and safety in accordance with established standards. The role emphasizes respect and effective communication with staff, physicians, patients, and families.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Licenses: Current New Mexico RN license or Compact state license; BLS Certification required within 2 weeks of hire.
• Skills: Knowledge of patient rights, clear communication, and age-appropriate care.
• Experience: Supervised by Patient Care Director or Manager.
