Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Coordinator to lead our sales team and drive business growth. Responsibilities
- Develop & Execute Outbound Sequences : Create, implement, and continuously optimize email sequencing strategies using HubSpot to engage and nurture prospective clients.
- Lead Qualification & Management : Identify, qualify, and follow-up on new leads, ensuring alignment with revenue operations targets and the overall sales strategy.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing and senior management to refine outreach strategies, share insights, and contribute to overall growth initiatives.
- CRM & Data Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot, track engagement metrics, and provide actionable insights to inform future campaigns.
- Market & Industry Research : Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine messaging and identify new opportunities.
- Adapt & Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment : Operate effectively within a flat, startup culture by managing multiple tasks, adapting quickly to changes, and contributing to the company’s dynamic growth.
- Marketing Materials : Provide ongoing support to the sales team with customer-facing content, promotional materials, and lead-nurturing strategies.
- Reporting : Track and report on the effectiveness of sales and / or marketing efforts, including social media engagement, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Coordinate logistics for webinars, trade shows, and other marketing events.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development or revenue operations
- 2 to 3 years of experience working daily in HubSpot as primary CRM for sales and marketing
- Proficiency with Office365, scheduling tools, and reporting analytics.
- Experience with CRM platforms, email marketing software, and basic graphic design skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independent (remotely) and hit deadlines without constant oversight
