Responsibilities include but not limited to :
Perform routine maintenance - Tasks include oil changes, tire rotations, transmission flushes, air conditioner re-charges, front end alignments, inspections, battery installations, headlight / taillight installations, etc.....
Perform advanced diagnostic / testing procedures - Includes extensive diagnostic inventory to determine the sources of customer's problems and provide accurate repair recommendations.
Perform repairs - Focus on repairing it right the first time
PMI / Digital Inspections - Providing vehicle service recommendations to a professional service adviser for estimating and approvals
Manage paperwork - Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and our records.
Maintain cleanliness - Ensure the work environment is clean and safe to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety.
Requirements :
High School Diploma or GED
ASE certification and MVI License (If no MVI License, will need to obtain within 60 days of employment)
5 years of service technician experience
Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment a must
Willingness to participate in in-house training
Ability to operate all auto repair tools
Excellent listening and communication skills
License / Certification :
Driver's license with less than three violations in three years (Required)
State Vehicle Inspection License (Must be able to obtain within 60 days of employment)
