What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Operations Coordinator position at Allstar Heating and Air Conditioning?
Allstar Heating and Air Conditioning is located in Buellton of Santa Ynez Valley, servicing Santa Barbara, Santa Maria, Lompoc, and Santa Ynez Valley for over 35 years.
We are looking for a Team Player who is experienced, personable and likes a challenge.
The duties include, but are not limited to the following :
- Answering phones and managing incoming calls - Forwarding calls to appropriate departments.
- Support the Service department with scheduling technicians when necessary.
- Working with the Shop Foreman to place orders for materials when necessary.
- Managing Fleet Maintenance for Company autos Data Entry / office assistance – filing, etc.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated speed and accuracy in the completion of tasks.
- A team player who contributes and works with others to accomplish results.
