Allstar Innovations is seeking a dynamic Amazon Catalog and Creative Specialist to lead our creative asset management of Amazon. The ideal candidate will have omnichannel marketplace experience with a strong creative vision and growth-minded analytical approach. This individual will be responsible for developing and optimizing all creative elements of our Amazon presence, including product listings, A / enriched content, and brand store designs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate performance metrics into compelling visual narratives that drive sales growth and enhance our brand positioning in the competitive eCommerce landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Execute the end-to-end process of creating, editing, and optimizing all Amazon creative assets, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand narrative across product listings, A content, storefront, and advertising materials.
Collaborate with Brand Creative team to ensure development and execution of relevant assets to meet Amazon best practices.
Conduct SEO research and write copy for Amazon PDPs that are highly optimized for search relevancy and conversion.
Create and manage Master Catalogs with titles, bullet points, and product specifications and work with Amazon support and Amazon AVS to ensure PDP accuracy – this includes constant communication via Amazon’s case logs and troubleshooting, as needed.
Work with Amazon team to design a data collection framework and KPI tracking to refine creative initiatives and optimize performance.
Leverage data-driven insights from A / B testing and advanced analytics to continuously refine creative strategies, enhancing performance and customer engagement.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (i.e. brand, sales, and creative) to ensure cohesive and effective brand representation.
Proactively monitor and adapt to Amazon's evolving best practices, marketplace trends, and platform updates, maintaining a competitive edge while ensuring full compliance.
Consistently communicates with management to deliver digital shelf insights, address challenges, and highlight opportunities.
Qualifications
Educational or professional experience in Graphic Design, specifically within the Amazon ecosystem.
Demonstrated expertise in managing and optimizing creative assets for Amazon, including an understanding of Amazon’s algorithm, Terms of Service, and best practices.
Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use statistical evidence to drive creative decisions.
Experience troubleshooting back-end Amazon issues when trying to update creative assets - titles, bullet points, images, video, Brand Storefronts, A Content.
Exceptional organization, communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external partners.
Ability to work in an autonomous fashion – self-manage initiatives, deadlines, to-dos, and prioritization.
Proficiency in creative software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or Figma as well as familiarity with Amazon-specific tools and platforms.
