Duties/Responsibilities:
- Planning team leadership, process discipline and standard setting
- Monthly Cash Flow Forecast
- Quarterly Financial Forecast
- Annual Budget
- Multi-Year Strategy Financial Projection
- Channel / Customer and Product / Brand Reporting and Value Creation
- Sales & Marketing – Pre & Post Financial Evaluation
- Channel Analysis 2.0 - Brand and Channel Profitability Reporting
- M&A modeling, assessment, and integration
- Budget and Forecast technology solution
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong experience working as a business partner in delivering better decision support and enabling strategic initiatives which help to improve the organization’s financial performance.
- Excellent analytical skills as well as strong business acumen.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong focus on process management.
- High level proficiency in financial modeling, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Working knowledge of accounting is a plus.
- 7 years of experience in a finance specific role, including FP&A function
- CPG experience required. DTC experience a plus.
Salary : $150,000 - $165,000
