Registered Dietician Needed
Allstar Therapies, Inc. is looking to hire a charismatic and effective Registered Dietician to provide Per Diem, Part Time support in our mobile, Outpatient therapy setting. This setting provides services to Personal Care Homes, Senior Suites, Personal Homes and Communities through onsite and telehealth services.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides Registered Dietitian services in one or more sites, including client’s homes, according to policies and procedures, and federal and state requirements.
- Provides nutritional services and nutritional guidance to contracted partners and mutual clients.
- Supports All@Home geographic region with Registered Dietician services via in-person visits and/or tele-visits when allowed per federal, state, and insurance requirements.
- Assists the All@Home rehab coordinator in administrative tasks (i.e. collecting paperwork, audits of applicable paperwork, billing, documentation, marketing, etc).
- Updates diet orders and menu changes as required and when applicable.
- Conducts audits of relevant nutritional care on a routine basis through documentation.

- Promotes and protects all clients rights.
- Understands Ohio Registered Dietician practice act and abides by all standards
- Establishes a culture of compliance by adhering to all policies and procedures.
- Complies with standards of business conduct, and state/federal regulations and guidelines.
- Follows appropriate safety and hygiene measures at all times to protect clients and themselves.
- Maintains confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written, and electronic communications.
- Reports noncompliance with policies, procedures, regulations, or breaches in confidentiality to appropriate personnel. Reports any retaliation or discrimination to HR or compliance officer.
- Reports any allegations of abuse, neglect, misappropriation of property, exploitation, or mistreatment of clients to supervisor and/or administrator.
- Protects clients from abuse, and cooperates with all investigations.
- Reports any occupational exposures to blood, body fluids, infectious materials, and/or hazardous chemicals in accordance with Allstar Therapies policy.
- Reports work-related injuries and illnesses immediately to supervisor.
- Follows established infection control policies and procedures.
- As a condition of employment, completes all assigned training and skills competency.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from an accredited college or university.
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and licensed in Nutrition/Dietetics as required by the applicable state.
