Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. If candidate shows promise, we will pay for study material and licensing for their Property and Causality insurance license. Once licensed a pay raise will follow with new job opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, new business onboarding, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties
- Answer and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy.
- Follow up and complete all actions for new business onboarding.
- Handle outbound calling as needed to follow up on customer requests or feedback.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry into our computerized systems.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple calls and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and ensure a seamless service experience.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements within the customer service department.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a call center or office environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant advantage for effective communication with diverse customers.
- Proficient in data entry and familiar with computerized systems for tracking customer interactions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
