Responsibilities
Greeting and assisting walk-in clients and prospects
Interface, professionally and positively with staff, walk-in clients and prospects
Answering telephone calls professionally
Positive and friendly demeanor
Maintaining a clean and orderly front office and office supply area
Performs clerical duties such as scanning, copying, faxing and filing
Handling data entry and other general office duties as applies
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, stay on task during a work day filled with interruptions
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
Requirements
One years of front desk, receptionist or administrative assistant experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and operating office equipment (phones, fax, copiers).
Must be able to work from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday-Friday in our mid-town Anchorage office.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; including phone etiquette and the ability to communicate effectively to clients, prospects, co-workers and management in a positive manner.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with continuous interruptions while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Computer skills and some administrative knowledge required.
