We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. The HR Generalist plays a crucial role in driving effective human resources management and supporting organizational success. This position is responsible for implementing HR policies and initiatives that align with company goals and ensure compliance with employment laws. The HR Generalist will promote a positive work environment, fostering employee engagement, development, and productivity. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
Recruitment, Onboarding, and Offboarding:
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
Assist in creating job descriptions and setting employee expectations.
Facilitate effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the company culture as well as completing Form I9s and e-Verify.
Ensure smooth and complete offboarding processes for departing employees.

Employee Relations and Issue Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and issues.
Address employee concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive and productive workplace.
Mediate disputes, resolve conflicts, and support leadership in handling sensitive employee relations matters.
Ensure compliance with safety and accident protocols.

Compensation, Performance Management, and Employee Benefits:
Administer compensation programs, including salary benchmarking, incentive programs, and annual reviews.
Manage employee time cards and ensure timely and accurate submission to finance.
Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, supplemental plans, retirement plan, and Cobra.
Assist with performance appraisals, performance improvement plans, and goal-setting processes.

HR Compliance, Policy Management, and HR Reporting:
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
Maintain up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system and assist in audits and HR reporting.
Prepare and provide leadership with reports on turnover metrics, recruitment statistics, and employee engagement data.

Health and Safety:
Oversee and monitor the workplace safety program, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols.
Work with leadership to address workplace safety concerns and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate safety training and ensure employees are aware of health and safety standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources management or related field.
