Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and perform repairs on roofing, siding, soffit, fascia, and gutters.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot damage issues efficiently.
• Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards.
• Train and supervise repair crew members as needed.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in good condition.

• Providing your own tools is required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in roofing, siding, soffit, fascia, and gutter work.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and heights.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and workmanship.
