What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lot Tech position at Allstate Exteriors LLC?
We are looking for a team player to join our fast-growing company! This role will be responsible for managing material inventory, pickup and deliveries, as well as the company fleet.

The Responsibilities include:
- Stage and prepare material for upcoming jobs. Ensure that all materials needed are pre-selected, accurate and delivered to the project site prior to work commencement.

Keep an active inventory of all material on site and update as product leaves and is returned.

Label all material by job.

Load, pickup, deliver and drop materials on job sites as needed

Manage material returns

Visit jobs to pick up material as needed

Stock material and add to inventory when it can’t be returned

Return leftover materials that can be returned and ensure that return is turned into Accounting

Keep buildings and Lot clean.

Make sure all dumpsters and trash bins are emptied, call to have them switched out.

Make sure the lot and entryways are safe, spread salt during bad winter weather.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
