We are seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to join our team. The Production Coordinator role is key to fulfilling the promises we make to our customers. The primary goal of this position is to work alongside our sales team to accurately build material and labor orders, schedule all jobs with homeowners and subcontractors, and work with project managers to make sure jobs are completed on time and on budget. A successful candidate will be highly trusted, well-organized, and have great time management skills and will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing timely support.

Job Duties
- Create material & labor orders for all jobs in production within three days of approval.
- Creating pre-budgets on all jobs to ensure we can meet our set margins.
- Ensure all photos and documentation are uploaded.
- Place welcome calls to customers upon job approval.
- Schedule all jobs with homeowners and subcontractors.
- Responsible for making sure all jobs come within our set margins.
- Schedule and Manage 2 Project Managers to ensure jobs are installed correctly.
- Working with Project Mangers to collect final payments from homeowners.
- Verify and approve subcontractor invoices.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in roofing, siding, windows, doors, and gutters.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of materials, techniques, and safety standards.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
