Responsibilities
As a Sales Producer, you will play a crucial role in driving our agency's growth by generating new business through outbound sales calls. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Proactively contact and qualify leads provided by the agency.
- Present and explain Allstate's personal lines insurance products, with a focus on auto insurance and the new competitive offering.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs, including our top-tier computer-based training program that includes role-play, process, and objection handling.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
Requirements
- Valid Florida Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Proven track record of success in sales (preferred, but not required for highly motivated candidates).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- A desire to be part of a winning team and contribute to the agency's success.
Salary : $48,000 - $120,000
