Responsibilities :
- Generate new business opportunities to help grow a local Allstate agency
- Set appointments with prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Build relationships with potential customers to create sales opportunities
- Support Licensed Sales Producers in converting leads into policyholders
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-up activities
