Job Description

We are looking for strong sales candidates to join our growing team. Someone who is coachable, ready to grow both personally and professionally together as a team achieve our agency goals while getting paid based on your own monthly production.

Responsibilities :

  • Follow proven sales track with prospects to gain their business.
  • Achieve 2 out of 4 daily non negotiables.
  • Work as a team to capture new business for the agency.

    • Qualifications :

  • Must have either personal lines or property & casualty insurance license.
  • Be able to handle daily rejection to work towards the prospects who do say YES!
  • Have a proven track record of asking for the sale.
  • Customer friendly and enthusiastic to explain why insurance is so important.
  • Computer proficiency including agency management systems.

    • If you want to work in a fast passed top producing agency look no further. Our sales team only has to focus on finding new households to insure, no service work required. We have inbound leads coming in daily as well as a crm to help follow up with leads.

    This is a remote position.
