About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Lead to join our team at Allstate Insurance Agency. As a leader in the insurance industry, we are dedicated to providing top-notch service to our clients and creating a positive work environment for our employees. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong leadership skills, and a passion for achieving targets with continuous Allstate Insurance Experience. Base Commission: 3-5% on monthly P&C Sales.

Must have 1-5 years of continuous Insurance Experience (mandatory requirement)
- Cold calling/outbound calls
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production goals and objectives as established by Owner.
- Report to Agency Owner and work with team members to establish Sales goals
- Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers
- Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources
- Maintain Agency Retention Numbers
- Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
- Write, develop, implement, and train effective sales strategies and plans.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Provide coaching, training, and support to the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to Owner and Sales Staff.
- Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
- Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Lead or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or years in experience.
- Knowledge of [industry/sector] is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
