About the Role :

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Lead to join our team at Allstate Insurance Agency. As a leader in the insurance industry, we are dedicated to providing top-notch service to our clients and creating a positive work environment for our employees. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong leadership skills, and a passion for achieving targets with continuous Allstate Insurance Experience. Base Commission : 3-5% on monthly P&C Sales.

Key Responsibilities :

Must have 1-5 years of continuous Insurance Experience (mandatory requirement)

  • Cold calling / outbound calls
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production goals and objectives as established by Owner.
  • Report to Agency Owner and work with team members to establish Sales goals
  • Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers
  • Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources
  • Maintain Agency Retention Numbers
  • Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Write, develop, implement, and train effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Provide coaching, training, and support to the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to Owner and Sales Staff.
  • Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
  • Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a Sales Lead or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or years in experience.
  • Knowledge of [industry / sector] is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Perks :
