The Licensed Sales Producer role at Allstate Insurance Agency - Joseph Spadafino is responsible for maintaining and maximizing profitable relationships with personal and commercial lines clients as well as growing the book of business through new client sales.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and develop personal and commercial insurance opportunities with new and existing clients in person, online, by phone, and through written communication.
- Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-up, accurate and timely quotations, and general account support. Anticipate, respond to, and follow up on all existing client needs.
- Actively prospect and solicit increases in existing client coverage as well as network for new clients, including win backs.
- Obtain best coverage/rate for insured, generate leads, process quotes, and bind insurance coverage; follow up as necessary with inspection, photos, and other documentation.
- Present policies to insureds and educate them on products, coverages and rates.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-3 years experience in the insurance industry in sales and/or customer service.
- Personal Lines license for the state of New York required.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of insurance products and usages, rating procedures, underwriting procedures, coverages, and industry operations to effectively secure new business and maintain existing client base.
- Have a proven track record of business to business sales success. Possess strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills with the ability to close sales.
- Possess strong organizational skills with an ability to complete assignments without supervision, sound business judgment, strong decision-making and superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Have strong time management skills, thrive in a team environment and Technology and Computer proficiency including agency management systems
- Needs to be a team player and able to work in a team setting
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
