Responsibilities
- Impress our clients with outstanding customer service, both in-person and over the phone
- Listen attentively to clients' needs and offer tailored insurance solutions to protect what matters most to them
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up
- Proactively reach out to existing clients to review their coverage and identify opportunities for additional products or services
- Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement activities
- Collaborate closely with our sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
- No insurance experience required
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales desired but not required
- Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license upon hire (existing license is a plus!)
- Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
- Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and willingness to learn new software systems
