As a key member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing top-tier customer support and building lasting relationships.  Your role will involve a perfect blend of customer service and sales acumen, as you guide clients through their insurance needs while also identifying opportunities to enhance coverage and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Impress our clients with outstanding customer service, both in-person and over the phone
  • Listen attentively to clients' needs and offer tailored insurance solutions to protect what matters most to them
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up
  • Proactively reach out to existing clients to review their coverage and identify opportunities for additional products or services
  • Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement activities
  • Collaborate closely with our sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Job Qualifications

  • Insurance experience required
  • Previous experience in customer service and / or sales desired but not required
  • Active Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license required upon hire
  • Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
  • Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and willingness to learn new software systems
