Insurance Customer Service Representative
Allstate Insurance is currently looking to hire highly motivated Customer Representatives with a current property and casualty license.

Average yearly income is $35K-$60K (salary commission combined).

Allstate Customer Representative Responsibilities:
- Keep customer accounts current by updating databases during calls
- Meet business production goals and objectives as established
- Uncover opportunities for cross-selling additional products and services
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
- Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
Allstate Customer Representative Requirements:
- 1 YEARS OF PREVIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Currently possess a property and casualty license
- Excellent skills in communication
- Experience in insurance is required
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coach-able.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Problem-Solving Capabilities.
Salary : $35,000 - $60,000
