Job Requirements :
Willing to obtain Property & Casualty licensing with the help of company provided training materials and testing costs
Background in customer service-based position or sales.
35-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday during office hours No weekends / nights required.
Be able to work a hybrid work from home and in office schedule at home internet access is required
Personable and optimistic attitude directed towards providing clients with a positive experience.
Desire to improve your knowledge and skills regularly
Self-motivated and driven to achieve individual and team goals.
A good attitude that fits our relaxed work environment.
Job duties :
Aid clients coming into and calling the office to assist with services including bill payments, addressing concerns, changes to their policies, policy reviews, new business quotes, and submitting claims.
Making outbound calls utilizing provided leads to create quotes for new clients and close new business.
Persistently follow up on leads and previously quoted clients who did not close on the initial call
Working with different computer programs and cellular applications to update customer profiles, organize leads, complete quotes, and help new clients with their onboarding process.
Reach out to current clients to offer policy reviews, payment reminders, and inform them of cancellation notices.
What We Offer :
Training materials and testing costs to help you obtain your Property & Casualty License
Base pay, plus 100% commission on new business sales plus individual and team bonuses
No cap in commissions. A great salesperson can make over 100k. First year expectations are 50-75k
Participation in the end of the year bonus when the agency achieves its goals
SIMPLE retirement plan after 90 days, with the agency contributing 2%
