Are you looking for a recession proof, high paying, sales focused position? We’re seeking a motivated individual to join our expanding team and contribute to our continued success.
*We help you get licensed!*
(No license is required, but one is required to begin work. It is fairly quick and straight forward to get these days. A $350 sign on bonus will be paid to help reimburse you for the licensing cost)

Your Role:
Quote and sell incoming phone and web leads. You're calling, quoting and selling all day every day.
Reach out to former customers or people we have quoted in the past to give an updated quote to.
Focus heavily on sales (95% of your tasks), with limited customer service duties.
We are a larger agency so we run a specialized business model meaning half of the office does service and the other half does strictly sales.
Cold calling when not taking agency provided leads to keep your pipeline full.
This position does require a monthly quota to be met.
What We Provide:
A competitive base salary along with a very high and competitive commission structure.
This is a performance based position that leaves you in control of your money. The more you sell, the more you make. We have a tiered commission structure.
We offer all sorts of benefits including health insurance that is 75% agency paid.
Extensive and ongoing sales training.
Ever evolving insurance industry knowledge and training.
This is a full-time position based in our downtown Tyler office and requires you to be on-site. We operate Monday through Friday and have paid holidays, vacation and sick time.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $130,000 per year. Anything less than $70,000 per year means quota is not being met.
