Qualities of a Successful Customer Service
- They're able to communicate with customers via phone, text, email, and chat
- They provide our clients with a WOW experience at every interaction
- They work with internal departments to meet clients' needs
- Data entry in various platforms is no problem
- Their work ethic and personality is focused on client satisfaction and accomplishment through teamwork and unity.
Responsibilities
- Take minimum of 30 inbound service calls per day
- Addressing any client questions or concerns, setting expectations, and completing any follow up work from your client interactions.
- Identify and address the client’s needs and fill any coverage or policy gaps that are recognized.
Compensation: $42,500.00 - $52,500.00 per year
